Exceeded Expectations

I researched options for a quality personal item bag for several weeks before jumping in on the Bento Bag. At first I wasn't sure about the clamshell design because I thought you had to open it fully to access contents. My assumption was wrong. What made the difference was the light colored interior, the option to access contents from the top (different than zipper that opens clamshell), and the two grab-n-go pockets for liquids and tech. Impressive design and the gorgeous color options are icing. Loved mine enough that I got one for my sis who is in the skies often. I had a question for customer service and they replied impressively fast. I plan to return to this product line because of my experience.

Bento Bag

I just tried it out for a short weekend trip, and it is all it’s advertised to be. Organized, very well made, and fits everything you need for a weekend. I’ll try it out this fall as my personal carryon on a 30 day trip abroad. With my carryon suitcase, no more checked luggage!

Lovely bag

Honestly I ordered a dupe first and thought it was fine but awkward in the details. I didn’t love the shape either although it was only a few inches difference. The bento is really lovely with the details and light interior lining. I’m excited to travel with it this week.

Beautiful bag-amazing organization/quality

I've been wanting this bag for at least 6 months but hesitated due to cost. Finally jumped on a sale & so happy! I know I'll be using the Bento for many years, the quality is just that good. The bag looks beautiful...I got it in Dawn to match my pink roller bag, which it rides perfectly on. The organization features-including the two included small bags-make packing so easy and finding things while traveling completely stress-free. I like the ease of using it for weekend getaways but it's also ideal as a personal item bag when flying. Nomad lane hit it out of the park with this one!

One bag only travel - organized

One bag only travel, Bento bag keeps me organized. I limit myself to what I need, not what can FIT in the bag, otherwise it can be HEAVY. It hold more than you think at first glance.

The toiletry pouch pocket is convenient for TSA check if needed. I even put snacks in the opposite pocket. Tech gear for me is small, so into the front pockets. Or the tech pouch can fit into the interior and not the designated pocket.

An Apple AirTag gets clipped to the key leash (it would be nice to have a hidden folder flap pocket within the bag for an AirTag or such).

The "feet" on the bottom are a nice touch but it would be better placed at the pressure points as the feet don't always touch the ground where the bag touches first.

I bought the Bordeaux Berry to stand out yet it's still an understated red. Just right. The contrast lining really helps find items compared to a dark interior.

My husband travels for work often and needed a bag for shorter trips that could accommodate laptops plus clothing toiletries etc that would travel easily . This bag truly fit the bill looks sleek and has compartments for everything.

This bag has you covered! Fits under regional airline seats perfectly. Organization is the best I’ve experienced! TSA - no problem! The two topside opening pockets for cords and toiletries allow me to breeze thru the line! On the plane, easily pull it out and unzip the upper long zipper allowing you to reach inside without completely opening! The long front zippered pocket with the long hidden zipper in the design really camouflaged that it exists! With compression packing cubes I can get 2 to 3 days of clothes, meds, kindle, iPad, snacks and an extra pair of shoes. This has a functional minimalist look that makes it perfect for business trips as well as family vacations. Quality is superior! If you purchase this bento bag - you will not be disappointed! I have mine in Sahara sand! ( business) I’m saving for another in a bright color ( family trips)
