Shipping & Returns
All orders ship out within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. For US orders with free shipping it takes up 3-5 business days to receive your order.
For United States customers located in the lower contiguous 48 states only, you can return your item within 30 days from the delivery date with proof of purchase (must be purchased via NomadLane.com), in original, unused pristine condition with attached hang tags, and all items included. The item must arrive back into our warehouse in 'pristine' condition with no visible marks or damage.
The return item may either be shipped in the original box it was received in or in a similar-sized box as the original box. Any item that is received in a smaller box then originally shipped will be immediately rejected due to it not being in resale condition.
Please email Concierge@nomadlane.com for your return authorization and pre-paid Fedex return label. Please note that there is a $20 return shipping and handling fee for all orders that will be deducted for your refund at the time the shipment is returned.
For return of one item which was part of an order that contained multiple items in conjunction with a discount code, the regular retail price will be subtracted and only the discounted/sale price amount will be refunded providing that all guidelines for returns are met above. Example: if you buy 2 bags under a buy 1 get 1 10% off offer and decide to return 1 of the 2 bags, the amount refunded will be the lesser amount only.
Expedited shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) will not be refunded.
All FINAL SALE orders are not eligible for return.
All orders are shipped with insurance. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping address for your order. Should a problem arise with a lost or undelivered order, we encourage you to contact the carrier listed on your delivery tracking package. If your tracking email is marked as Delivered but still not physically there, please note that sometimes the carrier will mark it as delivered up to 24 hours before the order is delivered. This may be due to the high volume of packages that need to be delivered during certain times of the year. In most cases we ship with Fedex or USPS. In the event your package is still not found, we will file for an insurance claim on your behalf and perform a track and trace on your package in an effort to get it delivered to you. In addition we will also file an insurance claim on your behalf and provide a case number for follow up. The insurance process may take up to 21 days; after which we will review the outcome and follow up accordingly.
For International (non-US) orders that are rejected or undeliverable and returned to our warehouse as a result, we will deduct the return shipping fees and any other fees charged to us by the carrier from the original payment amount before providing a refund. Please note that this specific return process can take up to 30 days to resolve as there can be a major delay due to the current global shipping environment.
We currently ship to United States addresses and select international countries. To see if we ship to your country, begin entering your address at checkout. If there is an option for your country then it will be listed. For orders outside of the countries we ship to, we would recommend using a freight forwarder, like Aramex or HopShopGo (www.HopShopGo.com). Please note that Aramex and HopShopGo are not affiliated in any way with Nomad Lane. If you place an order through a freight forwarder service then we will ship to their US forwarding address at no additional charge. Once it arrives to the forwarder’s location, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery to the final address outside of the United States.
Please keep in mind for international orders, that we do not cover any duties, taxes or import fees levied by your local government. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of these fees and to pay them into your local tax authority. Free shipping is ONLY offered as an option for US orders. All other shipping fees are calculated and presented to you at checkout.
Can I return an international order?
We do not accept any international return orders.

Please note that all Return and Exchange policies listed on www.NomadLane.com are only for orders purchased directly from www.NomadLane.com and applicable to the original customer only.
Other sites and platforms have their own respective policies which must be followed if you did not order from www.NomadLane.com
Warranty
1 Year Warranty. Within 1 year of the date your order is delivered, if any part of your Nomad Lane product fails to perform (under non-excessive or extreme conditions) because of a manufacturing, production and/or quality control oversight, then we will get you a resolution. Cosmetic wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Please email concierge@nomadlane.com with a few photos and a description of the issue. We will share this with our factory and get you a quick resolution. This is our promise. Please note that any wear and tear that is deemed cosmetic wear and tear by Nomad Lane is not covered.
For warranty replacements we will replace it with a fully-functioning item in the same or better condition. All warranty replacements we issue are from our stock of open-box, gently used, or refurbished items. All warranty replacements are quality-checked and certified to be clean and fully-functioning, and come with the same warranty as your original purchase.
