Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my order?

We expect orders to ship out within 1-2 business days.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we invite you to return or exchange the item within 30 days of when your order is marked as delivered for a refund or exchange provided that all original tags and packaging are in their original condition and suitable for resale. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Nomad Lane. For Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. Please note that expedited shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) will not be refunded. 

For returns: your order must be sent back in the original box. All original tags and packaging must be still attached and in their original condition and suitable for resale. Upon arrival at our warehouse, these items will be inspected under the guidelines mentioned above and then a full refund will be issued. If these conditions are not met, then please see below for additional information. The customer is responsible for return shipping back to our warehouse. Please note that expedited shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) will not be refunded. 

For returns: If the original tags and packaging have been separated from the product and the item is in 'like new' condition with no visible marks or damage then we will issue a store credit towards a future purchase minus a $10 warehouse return fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Nomad Lane. 

For returns: If your item is returned in 'like new' condition but without the original box then we will issue a store credit minus a $10 warehouse return fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Nomad Lane. 

For return of one item which was part of an order that contained multiple items in conjunction with a sale or discount offering, the regular retail price will be subtracted and only the discounted/sale price amount will be refunded providing that all guidelines for returns are met above. Example: if you buy 2 bags under a buy 1 get 1 50% off offer and decide to return 1 of the 2 bags, the amount refunded will be $99 only. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Nomad Lane. Please note that expedited shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) will not be refunded. 

For exchanges: Your order must be shipped back in the original box. All original tags and packaging must be still attached and in their original condition and suitable for resale. Upon arrival at our warehouse, these items will be inspected under these guidelines and then an exchange will be issued. If these conditions are not met then the exchange will be treated as a return and follow the guidelines mentioned above. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Nomad Lane. 

 

Customers are responsible for shipping back their order to our warehouse address with all original tags and packaging in their original condition and suitable for resale. Please email us right as you ship the item back to us along with specific reason so we can let our warehouse know to expect your package. Please note that expedited shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) will not be refunded.

For Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

We currently only ship to United States addresses. For orders outside the United Sates, we would recommend using a freight forwarder, like Aramex or HopShopGo. Please note that Aramex and HopShopGo are not affiliated in any way with Nomad Lane. If you place an order through a freight forwarder service then we will ship to their US forwarding address at no additional charge. Once it arrives to the forwarder’s location, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery to the final address outside of the United States.

We do not accept any international return orders.

Yes, we do. The only carrier that we are allowed to use for these addresses is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note there may be some extra delay in getting your order delivered.

Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. For orders that are returned back to our warehouse as 'undeliverable' or due to an incorrect address, we are assessed a $20 re-shipment fee from our warehouse. If this happens to your order, then we will email you an invoice to cover the $20 re-shipment fee of your order. If you decide to cancel your order instead of paying the re-shipment fee then we will refund your order minus the $20 re-shipment fee.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

If any part of your Nomad Lane product fails to perform (under non-excessive or extreme conditions) because of a manufacturing, production and/or quality control oversight, then we will get you a resolution. Cosmetic wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Please email concierge@nomadlane.com with a few photos and a description of the issue. We will share this with our factory and get you a quick resolution. This is our promise. Please note that any wear and tear that is deemed cosmetic wear and tear by Nomad Lane is not covered.

For warranty replacements we will replace it with a fully-functioning item in the same or better condition. All warranty replacements we issue are from our stock of open-box, gently used, or refurbished items. All warranty replacements are quality-checked and certified to be clean and fully-functioning, and come with the same warranty as your original purchase.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are the best way to show someone how much you care about them but not quite sure what they prefer. We plan on offering gift cards shortly. Stay tuned!

Our 2019 Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale will started on November 25th, 2019 at 12:00 AM EST and will expire on December 2nd, 2019  at 11:59 PM EST. Offer will be automatically applied at checkout.
