RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept unused merchandise within 30 days of the receipt date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer free return shipping labels for US orders. Returns are subject to a $5.95 re-stocking fee. This fee is waived for exchanges.

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS

While we are happy to process a return for most items, certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. These include:

- Custom-made and personalized items

- Products modified as per customer requests

- Items that have been damaged or modified, beyond manufacturer defect

- Items that are obviously used

- Items altered in color or appearance due to chemicals or other environmental situations

- Items purchased on final sale

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Exchanges are free within the United States (not available on items shipped from APO/FPO locations or outside the 50 US states).

In order to exchange an item:
1. Email us with your order ID # and the item you’d like to exchange along with the product you’d like to exchange it for.
2. We’ll create a return label and email it to you.
3. Repackage unused items exactly how you received them including the cotton cloth bags, accessories, complimentary gifts etc.
4. Place everything in your shipping mailer, tape the mailer closed and tape your new shipping label over the original one.
5. Drop it at the closest USPS (United States Postal Service) mailbox.
6. Once your returned item is received, we’ll issue a full refund.

In the meantime, we’ll start processing your replacement item right away. We’ll email you a new order confirmation including shipping information. The purchase amount of your replacement item will be charged once it ships.

RETURN PROCESS

If you choose to return for a refund, we'll give you a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item

4. Place everything in your shipping mailer, tape the mailer closed and tape your new shipping label over the original one.
5. Drop it at the closest USPS (United States Postal Service) mailbox.
6. Once your returned item is received, we’ll issue a refund minus the $5.95 restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer complimentary return labels for international orders at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
