fits dimensions for European airlines, holds everything. Only problem I have is at 5 feet tall the straps do not get short enough for me

good laptop bag

In the month that I've had the Ikigai Slim, I've taken it to work and on an international business trip that included multiple flights, a monorail, and buses. I've been a shoulder bag person, but with a recent ankle injury I wanted something that kept my hands free and was better balanced during travel.

Overall it performed well. It wasn't too big on me and held my work and travel essentials. Things I loved:
* separate zippered laptop sleeve -- big enough to hold my 13in macbook, plus ipad, plus some travel docs. Wish I had gotten a bag with this feature sooner.
* water bottle pocket -- there when I needed it and zipped away when I didn't.
* light colored interior -- made it easy to find things.
* top zippered pocket on the main compartable. Very handy for small things like ear buds that you wanted to keep close, but not end up at the bottom of the bag.
* luggage handle sleeve -- made it easy to tote it around. I also liked that I could thread the backpack straps through the sleeve to avoid having the straps in the airplane aisle when putting under the seat.
* two tiered pockets in the front pocket. Made it easy to have quick grab and bigger items.
* structured bag that stands on its own

Things that I didn't love:
* front pocket a little tight. Also if you put a pen in the pen loop, you can't use the card slots.
* zippered pocket in back of the bag. I thought I was going to like this more than I did. But when I tried it out at the airport, it was hard to get my passport and boarding pass out of.
* Bottom zippered pocket in the main compartment. I haven't figured out a use for this. Might be more useful if I didn't always pack the bag completely full.

Ikigai Slim Backpack

Best backpack I have ever had. Super organization, holds tons, and it doesn't slouch on my back, throwing off the weight distribution. Love the slim profile and that it stands up straight, making packing and finding what I want easy. The hidden water bottle rocks and the straps don't dangle down. The position of the hidden pocket is both hidden and it's placement could not be more secure. Simply there are only pros and no cons.

Slim lightweight backpack

The bag is of excellent quality and is very lightweight to carry. It has great inside pockets and plenty of room to store items under an airline seat. I would recommend thus great backpack
