We just returned from our first trip with the v4 Bento bag. It is well designed and perfectly sized as a complement to our carry on bags! Clearly much thought went into considering how best to use the compartments. Love this purchase! We travel extensively internationally and expect to get great value from this purchase!
I used my new bento bag on a week trip (in addition to a suitcase) to Mexico. It was a little overstuff (my fault) and i checked my luggage so I had to carry the bag and noticed the weight. I wish the strap could go crosswise on my body (not quite long enough) to distribute the weight. Also the water bottle holder isn't quite deep enough and the water bottle kept falling out and my bottle isn't that tall. Otherwise the storage space and pockets are good and accessible. thanks.
While I haven't actually traveled with my new Bento Bag just yet, I have "played" with it a bit to test it's capabilities and what I might be able to realistically pack into it. While my laptop is just a smidge too big for the pocket, bummer, it will slide nicely into the space between the 2 sides and with careful packing should be able to safely travel with me. The Bento Bag appears to provide options to adapt to many different travel styles and that will make it a welcome companion on future adventures.
Love this bag!!! Very well made and the overall design is awesome. A place for everything. So convenient when going through TSA and it is a perfect size for me. I know this bag will be my constant travel companion!!!
Used my new bag on a weekend trip and it was great at keeping my stuff organized. I loved the little pockets for the tech pouch and the toiletries. It took a little getting used to but I love how I can keep things together. I love the color also. It is a great bag. I can't wait to use it as my person item on my upcoming trip to Europe.

After watching a review on the bag, I had high hopes. I was not disappointed! Packed this bag for a two day hitel stay and had plenty of room to pack more. Love that I can reach into the bag from the top for quick access to items I may need.

Just got back from a cruise. Love the size and organization this bag has to offer. Only negative was the zipper in front consistently stuck.
I have not used this bag yet but when it arrived I examined it immediately and found it to be exactly what I was hoping for! It is light, elegant, perfect size for my long haul flights, and offers well organized space for everything I need. I am glad I acted on the many reviews I read!

The bag is wonderful but it didn’t include the travel pouches. I’ve customer service a couple of times but they keep saying they’re looking into it. I’m frustrated because I’m headed to London without a complete travel set.

I upgraded from the small sling to the large sling because I want to be able to fit my Kindle in it. I'm planning on taking the sling on an upcoming trip and looping it around the tray table to have everything I need at my fingertips. Currently though, I use this as my daily purse and love the organization.
I am in love with this bag. I tried many options and had been looking for something that would fit nicely under the seat in front of me (and still allow foot space since I'm super tall and need all the leg room I can get), well organized (to fit snacks for my toddler, toys, electronics, clothes...), pretty and sized right. This fits my needs and more. I love the little electronics organizer and all the pockets. It slides so nicely under the seat and is a breeze to slide on and off my carryon suitcase. It's incredible how many things I can fit! Everything is so well thought out I literally have zero complaints except that I wish I bought it sooner. I tell everyone I can to buy it. My friend just bought one too and can't wait to use it. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I was on the fence about purchasing the Bento bag due to cost. after searching high and low for something comparable I decided to invest for the sake of organization. This bag has it all! It was light weight while carrying four pairs of shoes, a speaker, jewelry case, formal gown on hanger and more! Please consider making a slightly smaller version for the office. I love the organization for work laptop and gym essentials.

I really love this bag so far. I had an Away Everywhere personal item previously. It's a similar size and looks nearly identical but the Bento holds a lot more. (I checked!) It's also much easier to access different items during a flight because of the organization. I was a little worried that all the different zippers etc would seem fussy or over-designed but it's all good.
My first investment into retirement travel was the Nomad Lane Origami Tote. No regrets, best purchase yet 100%. Every detail is thought out, practical, purposeful, organized, and all within a super sexy but classy look. What more can one want?
