Retired and READY to Travel

My first investment into retirement travel was the Nomad Lane Origami Tote. No regrets, best purchase yet 100%. Every detail is thought out, practical, purposeful, organized, and all within a super sexy but classy look. What more can one want? I am ready to travel with no worries or thoughts about which bag to pack. It's confirmed, Nomad Lane! Kudos for living up to the hype.

Stylish and organized

I appreciate that the tote is structured enough to stand on its own, has feet and lots of pockets to keep your stuff organized. It's a good balance of style (love the gunmetal hardware) and function. I would have liked to have the handles slightly wider to distribute the weight better (instead of the extra leather pieces) as well as sewn-in straight instead of at an angle. I would also slightly enlarge the mesh pocket for water bottle - it's quite tight and a bit hard to insert a bottle that's wider. If I really nit picked, I would change the inner lining fabric to something a bit more refined (maybe a tone on tone unobtrusive pattern) and color to light gray.

SO FAR THE ORIGAMI TOTE IS FANTASTIC

SO, I AM PACKING FOR A TRIP TO KOREA. THIS BAG HAS ALOT OF POCKETS THAT I AM LOVING WHILE PACKING. THE INTERIOR COLOR IS LIGHT BEIGE, SO I WILL NOT LOSE THINGS IN THE BAG. THE MATERIAL IS NICE, I LIKE HAVING THE KEY STRAP SO I DON’T NEED TO DIG FOR MY CAR KEYS UPON RETURNING HOME. I CARRY ALOT IN MY PERSONAL ITEM BAG, SO I WILL BE ABLE TO REVIEW AGAIN AFTER MY TRIP TO SEE IF IT ALL WORKED OUT.

Origami tote

Aside from late delivery, I absolutely love this tote as a carry on personal item when flying. Fits an incredible amout of stuff but still easily handled and well organized.

Great bag

When I got it I realized it will be used way more than just traveling. It has great pockets and holds my Owala water bottle in a sleeve inside. Worth the splurge because I will use it everyday for work.

Much better than the bento bag, in my opinion

I love that this has the same exterior material as my bento bag....someone dumped a soft drink all over my bag and I was able to wipe it off and it was fine. The problem with the Bento was it was loaded too heavy and I could not carry it for long. Then I bought the tote bag. It's smaller, therefore lighter, and same great material on the outside as the bento. Now if you could just make a backpack that is a smidge bigger than the current backpack. (possibly expandable). Thank you Nomad Lane.
