How do I return / exchange?

Customers are responsible for shipping back their order to our warehouse address with all original tags and packaging in their original condition and suitable for resale. Please email Concierge@nomadlane.com to obtain your Return Authorization. In the email, include your original order details and reason for return. 

Please note that expedited shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) will not be refunded. 

 

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of your delivery date.  

For Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

For exchanges if there is a price difference that is greater in value then the item you are exchanging then the customer will be required to pay the difference in order to exchange. If the price is less then the item you are exchanging, it cannot and will not be refunded.
